Roll simplified a lot of things
I looked at quite a few other payroll companies. But I had used ADP in my daycare years ago, so I decided to stick with them. They suggested I download the Roll app, and it was a lot different from what I used to have. I had a few questions, so I used the chat help feature, and someone would always get back to me right away with an answer. In the end, the setup was pretty simple, and I was done in a just a few minutes. Roll simplified a lot of things. Payroll only takes me a few minutes, and once I’m done, I don’t have to worry about it. ADP figures out the taxes and sends it in, so it saves me a lot of time.
My employees love Roll
Because ADP notifies them when they are getting paid, and they can always go on the app and check to see what their paycheck is going to be before they get it. I think it helps them out a lot. I wasn’t sure if I had to mail out my employees’ W-2s or if they would be able to go online and get them. I asked, “Were you able to go online and get your W-2s?” And they were like, “Yeah, we already got it and filed our taxes.” Roll has helped me to the point where I don’t have to worry about finding someone to do the accounting or do the payroll. It’s a lifesaver.
